1. Subscription Termination and Billing
Paid subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time during an active billing cycle. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied. Access to the paid service will remain available until the end of the billing cycle.
2. No Refunds on Subscription Payments
Payments for subscription services are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no partial or full refunds will be issued, regardless of usage.
3. Credit Refunds for Technical Failures
If a Generation fails, then the system will automatically refund the credits consumed for that attempt. If an Actor Training fails, then the system will automatically refund the credits consumed for that attempt. These refunds are issued solely for technical errors. If your account did not receive a full credit refund, please contact
support@lipdub.ai and we’ll happily investigate your case.
4. Credit Refund Policy
We do not offer credit refunds for user errors, including but not limited to incorrect input, misuse of tools, or dissatisfaction with outputs due to user-submitted prompts or configurations.
5. Credit Expiry
For monthly subscription plans and credit top-up purchases, credits expire sixty (60) days after the date of purchase. Placing a subscription on pause does not suspend or extend this 60-day expiry window. Credits purchased through annual subscription plans expire one year plus sixty days (425 days) after the date of purchase. In the event of subscription cancellation, any remaining unused credits will expire and be permanently removed thirty (30) days following the date the subscription ends (the end of the final billing cycle), overriding any previous expiry windows.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
LipDub AI will retain all user data for the duration of an active or officially paused subscription. Once a cancelled subscription officially ends, at the close of the final billing cycle, user data will be retained for a grace period of thirty (30) days. Following this 30-day period, all user data associated with the cancelled account will be automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
