1. Subscription Termination and Billing
Paid subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time during an active billing cycle. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied. Access to the paid service will remain available until the end of the billing cycle.

2. No Refunds on Subscription Payments
Payments for subscription services are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, no partial or full refunds will be issued, regardless of usage.
3. Credit Refunds for Technical Failures
If a Generation fails, then the system will automatically refund the credits consumed for that attempt. If an actor training fails, then the system will automatically refund the credits consumed for that attempt. These refunds are issued solely for technical errors. If your account did not receive a full credit refund, please contact
support@lipdub.ai and we’ll happily investigate your case.
4. Credit Refund Policy
We do not offer credit refunds for user errors, including but not limited to incorrect input, misuse of tools, or dissatisfaction with outputs due to user-submitted prompts or configurations.
5. Credit Expiry
Credits will remain valid for two (2) months following the end of the billing period. After this period, unused credits will expire and be removed from the user account.
